Join us as a Marketing Manager – Business Banking, where you will drive the strategy and planning for our Business Current Account Acquisition, working closely with the Business Banking teams to define clear objectives and shape effective marketing strategies. You will collaborate with channel experts to guide the delivery and execution of campaigns, ensuring a cohesive and insight‑led approach, while also managing relationships with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders, including partnerships, creative agencies, and media agencies. In this role you will take ownership end‑to‑end, translating direction from senior leadership into actionable plans and delivering high‑impact marketing activity that supports growth in our business banking portfolio. Role will be based in London, Glasgow or Northampton.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in development and implementation of marketing strategies and delivery that aligns with the bank’s business objectives and is informed by market research, customer needs and competitive landscape.
- Sound and comprehensive relationship building and diplomacy skills to communicate complex material, with the ability to guide and influence stakeholders, colleagues and external creative agencies.
- A broad and extensive experience of digital and marketing, with proven results in planning, scheduling and prioritising, customer targeting, channel management, effective promotion of products and services, personalisation, implementation and governance.
- Excellent communications skills, written and verbal, high levels of accuracy for work, combined with experience in developing and delivering world‑class marketing activity.
- Budget management, with the ability to effectively plan, allocate and optimise spend to maximise return on investment and support strategic objectives.
