We are looking for an exceptional Marketing Experimentation Analytics Manager to own the strategy, execution and evolution of marketing's experimentation roadmap at Wise. Experimentation is a key pillar for exploring marketing growth opportunities, driving smarter investment decisions and enhancing our marketing effectiveness measurement strategy. This role is ideal for someone who already has early people management experience and wants to deepen their leadership impact while staying close to hands-on work.

Your Mission: Our marketing experimentation program is a core driver of wiser investment and sustainable growth. You will be responsible for shaping a world-class marketing's experimentation roadmap, fostering the prioritisation of high value opportunities and guiding marketing teams on what, how, when and where to test and drive recommendations based on test results. You will be a key player in helping marketing teams accelerate their impact on the business.

  • Develop a strategy, prioritization and roadmap for marketing experimentation.
  • Identify high impact testing opportunities across channels and influence them within marketing.
  • Collaborate with marketing and finance teams to define testing budgets and priorities.
  • Define priorities and analytics capacity for experimentation, balancing speed, rigor and impact.
  • Coordinate the experimentation agenda and ensure timely, high quality delivery.
  • Deliver best in class marketing experiment designs and results alongside our exceptional Lead Experimentation Analyst.
  • Ensure rigor in test design, analysis and interpretation.
  • Translate experimental results into clear, actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Present findings to marketing partners, helping them confidently act on results.
  • Advocate for evidence-based decision making across marketing teams.
  • Collaborate with data science and marketing analytics teams to integrate test results into our marketing effectiveness measurement framework.
  • Manage and develop a team of one marketing analyst (IC), fostering their growth and ensuring high-quality output, and that the project priority definition is outcome oriented.
  • Act as a subject of matter of measuring marketing effectiveness via experimentation.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Economics, or other relevant fields.
  • 4+ years of experience in a marketing analytics or data science role.
  • Experience managing a team of one analyst.
  • Proficiency in SQL, advanced in Python and experience in data visualization tools (example, Looker). (dbt is advantageous).
  • Very strong experience in marketing experimentation, incrementality testing or causal inference.
  • Hands on experience designing and analysing experiments.
  • Must have experience working with Causal Impact / GeoLift / PyMC causal inference packages (or similar).
  • Deep understanding of statistical inference models.
  • Ability to connect analytics outcomes to marketing decisions.
  • Strong communication, project management and stakeholder management skills.
  • Outcome oriented mindset.

Salary Range: £75,000 - £100,000 (depending on experience and interview performance)
