The opportunity
As a Manager focused on Digital Custody and Tokenisation, you will play a hands‑on role in shaping, delivering, and scaling digital asset custody solutions while based in London with hybrid work options. You will work at the intersection of DLT, digital money, and market infrastructure.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Technology Enablement
- Support design of custody architectures leveraging MPC/HSM key management, secure wallet infrastructure, and role‑based controls.
- Develop high‑quality production‑ready solutions for banks and asset managers.
- Integrate third‑party platforms, enabling straight‑through processing from order to settlement.
- Product & Use Case Development
- Conduct market research and support business cases for digital custody, tokenised funds, and digital cash initiatives.
- Define client use cases spanning custody of digital native assets, tokenised MMFs, and tokenised cash instruments.
- Translate business and regulatory requirements into product requirements, target operating models, and phased delivery roadmaps.
- Delivery & Execution Leadership
- Lead end‑to‑end delivery of digital custody solutions across multidisciplinary teams (engineering, operations, risk, legal, compliance).
- Oversee complex workflows including onboarding, custody, settlement, corporate actions, reconciliation, and regulatory reporting.
- Ensure solutions are secure, scalable, and audit‑ready, aligned to internal risk frameworks and regulatory expectations.
- Stakeholder & Ecosystem Engagement
- Act as primary day‑to‑day contact for senior client stakeholders, translating technical complexity into clear executive‑level narratives.
- Work closely with product, engineering, operations, and control functions to deliver end‑to‑end custody capabilities.
- Support senior leaders in external engagements with industry consortia, fintech vendors, and ecosystem partners.

To qualify for the role you must have:
- ~8–12 years of experience in financial services, including asset servicing, custody, capital markets, trading, payments, or operations.
- Strong understanding of crypto, digital assets, DLT, and their impact on custody and operating models.
- Hands‑on experience with wallet infrastructure such as Fireblocks, Metaco, Taurus, BitGo, etc.
- Familiarity with institutional custody solutions.
- Awareness of key regulatory and market trends affecting digital custody and tokenised assets.
- Demonstrated experience in technology and product delivery across cross‑functional teams.
- Practical exposure to asset servicing, post‑trade, settlement, or custody‑related workflows.
- Delivery of custody solutions for tokenised funds or digital native assets on public or permissioned blockchains, including MPC/HSM key management and atomic DvP.
- Bridging legacy custody and cash systems with tokenised assets, including ISO 20022 / SWIFT event orchestration and reconciliation for hybrid flows.
- Implementation of digital cash settlement solutions for deposit tokens, stablecoins, or CBDCs in regulated environments.
