Working closely with PRD leadership you’ll coordinate inputs, shape high-quality materials, and turn complex information into clear, actionable insights.

Responsibilities

  • Support the maintenance and socialisation of the UCITS product roadmap by updating trackers, collating inputs, maintaining version control, and preparing summary views for stakeholders.
  • Assist with product offer assessment by coordinating information and summarising key themes for planning discussions.
  • Provide logistics and coordination for PRD leadership meetings, planning sessions and offsites (agendas, pre-read collation, action logs and follow-ups).
  • Draft meeting notes and maintain action/decision trackers to ensure follow-through and visibility of progress.
  • Support development of high-quality presentations by building first drafts, updating content, proofing, formatting, and turning data into clear charts/tables for leadership use.
  • Prepare concise summaries and briefing packs on planning topics or product strategy themes to support internal forums and decision points.
  • Support the preparation of governance materials by coordinating inputs, maintaining templates, ensuring documents are complete, and helping to draft or edit papers for governance bodies.
  • Assist with internal governance responsibilities and progress reporting (e.g., compiling status updates for product plan progress and maintaining supporting trackers).
  • Produce regularly scheduled reports and communications by consolidating updates from owners, checking consistency, and drafting clear narrative summaries for leadership audiences.
  • Provide project support across cross‑functional initiatives.
  • Support wider planning work that may include basic forecasting/resource tracking support by maintaining inputs and producing simple roll‑ups.
  • Daily interaction with PRD leadership team and planning leads to capture updates and coordinate outputs.
  • Regular coordination with cross‑functional partners to gather inputs for roadmaps, governance papers, and project deliverables.

Qualifications

  • Strong organisation, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple deadlines in parallel (meetings, materials, reporting cycles).
  • Clear written communication and confidence producing polished documents and presentations.
  • Comfortable working with data in Excel and turning it into simple, leadership-friendly outputs (tables/charts).
