As a Group Category Manager for Marketing, you’ll help deliver this by driving sustainable value across our marketing spend. You’ll lead pan-European category strategies that enable innovation, efficiency, and responsible sourcing, ensuring our banners have the tools to inspire customers and create better homes.

Responsibilities

  • Build strong, collaborative relationships with stakeholders across all Kingfisher banners.
  • Analyse spend, budgets, supplier performance, and market trends to generate actionable insights.
  • Develop and implement category strategies that deliver cost savings, sustainability, and risk mitigation.
  • Lead sourcing projects using Kingfisher’s tools and processes, ensuring clarity of scope and measurable outcomes.
  • Ensure compliance with Kingfisher governance, policies, and Code of Conduct.

Qualifications / Requirements

  • Proven experience in marketing services procurement across multiple markets.
  • Strong negotiation skills and experience managing international suppliers.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong project management capabilities.
  • Flexible and resilient, with the ability to adapt to changing needs.
