We’re looking for a Business Partnerships Lead to join our Business team in London. Our objective is to drive business acquisition by partnering with relevant companies (for example accountants, VCs, and lawyers). In this role, you’ll own the growth and commercial success of the partnerships channel globally, leading a small team of currently three people.

Your mission (what you’ll deliver):
- Lead, coach, and develop a global partnerships team, building capability and performance.
- Own growth outcomes for business users acquired via partnerships (accountability for channel performance).
- Define and execute strategy for the partnerships channel, including priorities, targets, and operating cadence.
- Identify, size, and prioritise new partnership opportunities and routes to market.
- Get hands-on: lead by example in deal closing.
