About The Role

Our Sales team is the engine that drives new customer acquisition and engagement for Revolut Business across the globe.

Each area of the department works like special‑forces: from prospecting to acquisition and activation, they own their market segments with a solution‑oriented approach and use their know‑how to grow our customer base at lightning speed.

We’re looking for an Enterprise Account Executive, who’s a relationship‑focused expert, to identify prospective enterprise customers.

With detailed knowledge of our full product suite, you'll provide holistic solutions to retain and deepen relationships, helping customers to adopt new features and increase usage of existing ones.

  • What you'll be doing
  • Managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing for enterprise‑level accounts
  • Overseeing post‑sale relationships with high‑value enterprise customers
  • Building genuine relationships and maximising adoption and upsell/cross‑sell opportunities
  • Using a consultative sales approach to identify and understand customer needs
  • Collaborating with Product Owners and Product Sales Specialists to deliver tailored solutions
  • Activating new customers as well as nurturing and expanding existing customer relationships
  • Representing Revolut at enterprise‑level events and industry forums
  • Managing and building a strategic sales pipeline based on enterprise customer usage
  • Contributing to the growth and structure of the Enterprise Sales team
  • What you'll need
  • Fluency in English
  • A degree in finance, business, or engineering
  • 5+ years of experience managing the full sales cycle with enterprise or Tier 1 clients
  • A proven track record selling financial products, banking solutions, or software to large enterprises
  • Familiarity with long sales cycles and large deal structures
  • Excellent relationship‑building skills to engage with high‑level decision makers
  • Experience working with C‑suite executives, such as CFOs and Heads of Finance
  • The ability to clearly articulate product capabilities to meet large enterprise customer needs
  • Demonstrated ability to prospect, generate leads, and pursue new enterprise opportunities
  • The ability to shift from strategic planning to hands‑on support during customer onboarding
  • A solid technical foundation and ability to quickly learn payments infrastructure, FX, and merchant acquiring

  • Previous experience in investment banking or high‑growth fintech environments
