Who are we looking for?

The Digital Content Manager is responsible for the governance, management, and ongoing maintenance of Gamma’s digital content across owned platforms, with a primary focus on our Group website and our Partner Relationship Management platform (ZiftOne/Unifyer). You will ensure that digital content is accurate, compliant, discoverable, and up to date, with clear ownership, effective lifecycle management, and consistent standards applied across platforms. You will own the content inventory and associated operational processes, such as distribution and meta‑tagging to support Gamma’s customers, partners, and internal teams with high‑quality, well‑governed content that aligns with business priorities.

What will you be doing day‑to‑day?

  • Manage the day‑to‑day publishing, updating, and removal of content across our website and the ZiftOne (Accelerate) platform.
  • Build, own and maintain Gamma’s digital content inventory on Monday.com as the single source of truth.
  • Define and maintain content governance processes, including ownership, approval of workflows, review schedules, and publishing standards.
  • Embed quality assurance and accessibility checks into standard content workflows.
  • Ensure partner‑facing content within PRM is structured, tagged, and packaged appropriately for partner use.
  • Maintain operational standards for video content hosted on platforms such as Wistia and YouTube and websites including metadata, captions and correct embedding.
  • Track and report on content inventory health, content freshness and content adoption/use.
  • Identify opportunities to improve content processes, workflows, and tooling in collaboration with our wider Group marketing team.

What You’ll Need

  • Experience managing digital content on enterprise websites and content management systems within a B2B environment.
  • Practical experience working with content governance, lifecycle management, and structured metadata.
  • Experience using collaboration and workflow tools such as SharePoint and Monday.com (or equivalent) to manage content inventory and approvals.
  • Familiarity with Partner Relationship Management (PRM) platforms, such as ZiftOne, and managing partner‑facing content.
  • Experience supporting content distribution across additional digital channels, including social media and video platforms such as YouTube and Wistia.
  • Understanding digital accessibility principles and the application of accessibility standards within content publishing workflows.
  • Experience working with digital analytics and reporting to monitor content usage, engagement, and effectiveness.
  • Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders and external suppliers to deliver content updates and improvements.
  • Experience working cross‑functionally with IT, Sales, Partner Marketing and Digital Marketing Operations.
  • Digitally fluent and detail‑oriented, with a passion for process and platform excellence.
  • A proactive problem solver who thrives in a collaborative, cross‑functional environment.
  • Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
  • Confident communicator who can engage both technical and non‑technical audiences.

What do we offer you?

  • 25 days of annual leave, plus an extra day off for your birthday.
  • A volunteer day to support a charity that matters to you.
  • Enhanced maternity and paternity pay.
  • Pension plan with contributions of up to 5.1% from Gamma.
  • Group income protection and life assurance (four times your salary).
