As a Manager, your primary responsibility is to fuel the commercial growth of Third Bridge's Private Equity business through the management and growth of our existing client accounts across our product and service portfolio. Your goal is to create value for our Private Equity clients by understanding their business needs and delivering the right products and services at the right time. You will do this by attracting, onboarding and developing a high-performing commercial team.

Position responsibilities

  • Team Management
    • Hire, onboard, train and develop high-performing team members that consistently meet and exceed their monthly targets.
    • Lead your team to meet and exceed commercial objectives, ensuring that key financial & operational metrics are consistently achieved.
    • Optimize your team's resources to maximize revenue and market share growth.
    • Drive high performance through regular 1:1s, coaching, feedback and performance management tools.
    • Manage team P&L through productivity and specialist cost management.
    • Align with the global Private Equity Leadership team to promote best practice and encourage global collaboration.
    • Create and maintain a culture of recognition and reward for outstanding performance & completion of short and long-term goals, in line with company mission and values.
    • Facilitate a culture of open and honest two-way communication, ensuring key messages are cascaded to all team members, encouraging feedback and sharing of ideas and best practice.
    • Contribute to hiring plans to meet budget headcount and productivity.
    • Coordinate with People Operations in the talent branding, recruitment, selection, training and ongoing skills development for all team members.
  • Client Management
    • Drive usage of Third Bridge's product portfolio across 1-1 calls and content by engaging with users daily.
    • Develop an in-depth understanding of clients' investment strategies, workflow and needs.
    • Proactively identify bottlenecks and propose solutions to support clients' needs.
    • Maintain an up-to-date understanding of client feedback, market share and specific client user preferences.
  • Business Development
    • Design and implement yearly/quarterly account plans to achieve and exceed revenue growth expectations.
    • Manage the end-to-end client life cycle.
    • Lead relationship management of your user base to encourage ongoing engagement and utilization of our products and services.
    • Apply sales and negotiation skills to close profitable renewals.
    • Demonstrate a strong grasp of Third Bridge's products, value proposition and competitive advantage.
    • Grow your book of business by generating internal and external client referrals.

Qualifications

  • Strong leadership skills and demonstrable experience training and mentoring team members.
  • A strong understanding of Third Bridge's product offering and value proposition for our PE client base.
  • Demonstrable experience prioritizing a high volume, fast changing workflow.
  • Demonstrable experience engaging with and understanding client investment strategies.
  • Proven track record of growing accounts, client user engagement and exceeding targets.

Compensation & Benefits: We offer a competitive salary package, including a base salary and commission structure. Vacation: 15 vacation days and 2 personal days, increasing to 20 vacation days after 2 years of service.
