We are hiring a Business Manager International Corporate Banking (ICB) Chief Operating Office (COO)to support the COO and ICB leadership. This is a high-visibility role operating at the heart of the business, providing strategic oversight, reporting, and insight to senior stakeholders.
You will help shape strategy, enhance governance, and ensure strong risk and control frameworks, while delivering executive-level reporting and insight to senior leadership.
To be successful as a Business Manager ICB COO, you must have:
Strong organisational and planning capability, with experience managing priorities independently and delivering to tight deadlines
Excellent problem-solving skills, with an inquisitive mindset and ability to navigate ambiguity
Proven experience communicating to senior stakeholders, including developing executive-level presentations and materials
Advanced data analysis skills, with the ability to interrogate, interpret, and present complex information clearly
Experience in risk and control environments, ideally with exposure to financial crime frameworks
Some highly valued skills include:
Experience supporting COO functions or corporate/international banking environments
Familiarity with leveraging AI tools to enhance reporting and presentation outputs
Background in strategy, operational transformation, or governance functions
