Join BA Cityflyer’s Air Operations team, the department that helps keep our airline running safely, smoothly and reliably every day. In this role, you’ll support Cabin Crew, Flight Crew and operational managers through effective administration, accurate reporting, system support and day‑to‑day coordination.

What You’ll Do

  • You’ll provide seamless administrative support across Air Operations, acting as a key point of contact for Cabin Crew and Flight Crew.
  • You’ll compile and action daily reports, circulate relevant data, maintain crew management systems, manage mailboxes, produce meeting minutes and support document control.
  • You’ll also help coordinate duty travel, car hire, hotel requirements, iPad administration and wider projects as required.

  • Clear communication, strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.
  • Confidence prioritising your workload, working under pressure and using IT systems including Microsoft Office and email.

Your Experience

  • Strong numerical and written communication skills, gained through education, training or relevant work experience.
  • Previous experience in an administrative or business support role and confidence using Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook; Power BI is desirable.
  • Comfortable analysing data, producing reports and dashboards, and presenting information in a clear and meaningful way.
  • Ability to travel to various locations and hold a full airside pass.
