We’re looking for an Associate Product Manager to join our growing team in London and help shape the future of reliability at Wise. This role is a unique opportunity to have an impact on Wise’s mission, grow as a product person, and enable foundational elements that keep Wise running behind the scenes every day.

What You Will Be Working On
- Partner with reliability engineering teams to build world‑class products for internal users.
- Work with a broad range of technologies to find and deliver improvements that have real mission impact.
- Identify and unlock opportunities across SRE, Observability, and Developer Experience.
- Collaborate with many functions across Wise to gather, understand and translate user needs into reliable, scalable, performant and efficient platform services.
- Communicate critical insights by analysing and connecting your hypothesis to data.
Qualifications
- 1‑2 years experience in technical product management or similar (software engineering, analytics, data science).
- Good understanding of modern software development, technical resilience, DevOps and the software development life cycle.
- Strong ability to translate platform and technology opportunities into business impact for non‑technical stakeholders.
- Use analytical and customer insights to learn about problems and understand how to scope and measure the impact of potential changes.
- Able to clearly articulate a problem, work with engineers to define a solution and follow it through to completion.
- Expose and assess the various trade‑offs when prioritising work and creating a roadmap.
- Have experience working cross‑functionally and driving culture change across an organisation.
- Communicate clearly and effectively, influence without authority, and secure buy‑in for your plans from the broader organization.

- Experience working in Platform engineering.
- Experience in the reliability domain.
- Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud infrastructure.
