Skills and Competencies
7+ years of experience in insurance, insurance technology, data and analytics, solution consulting, underwriting, or business-to-business sales, with a focus on property and casualty insurance
Preferred working knowledge of Casualty and Financial Lines workflows, including risk selection, underwriting, pricing, portfolio management, exposure assessment, claims analysis, and risk monitoring
Preferred understanding of key Casualty and Financial Lines segments, such as general liability, professional liability, directors and officers liability, errors and omissions, cyber, and other specialty lines
Preferred experience working with insurers, reinsurers, brokers, MGAs, MGUs, or other participants across the insurance value chain
Proven ability to translate complex data, analytics, models, and software capabilities into clear business value for underwriting, actuarial, portfolio management, claims, and executive stakeholders
Ability to conduct effective client discovery and deliver detailed, workflow-based product demonstrations to technical and non-technical audiences
