Skills and Competencies
7+ years experience in a relevant B2B sales role, with proven track record of achieving target
Combination of public sector sales experience, as well as software-as-a-service solutions.
Experience selling into Government and Public sector markets is highly desirable
Experience in selling data or software solutions and services within a multi-stakeholder, complex sales cycle environment
Demonstrated experience in developing and expanding trusted customer relationships
Possess a proactive approach to problem solving, actively seeking opportunities for improvement with solutions in mind
Strong business acumen, results-driven mindset, and ability to clearly develop, articulate, and present concepts to clients and colleagues
Demonstrated proficiency in artificial intelligence concepts, with a strong understanding of Agentic Ai. Hands-on experience using and pitching AI workflows is highly desirable
Education
Bachelors degree in Finance, Economics or a related field is required
Fluency in English and a Nordic or Baltic language is highly preferred
