Skills and Competencies
7+ years' experience in product marketing or product management at B2B technology companies
Insurance or risk management industry experience is strongly preferred
Experience in global marketing roles, growth marketing organizations, and the use of AI technologies
Strong communications skills; history of speaking at events and driving content flow for videos, webinars, demos, and more
Not just a great communicator, but also a good listener; able to read the room, identify opportunities, and simplify the complex
Knows how to design a powerful presentation and understands modern marketing, leveraging social and other mediums to extend reach and opportunity
Highly developed written communications skills and a proven creative thinker with innovative product marketing ideas
Skilled at partnering cross-functionally to drive business decision-making; strong team player mentality able to work with many different teams, personalities, and initiatives
Must be able to work onsite at our London office at least two days per week to support collaboration and team engagement
Education
Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred
