Senior Client Lead Application Transformation
Role Overview We are seeking a senior client-facing leader to help shape, sell, and deliver complex Application Transformation engagements for enterprise clients. The individual will combine strategic consulting capability with deep hands-on experience in application migration, modernization, and technical debt remediation.
The successful candidate will be comfortable engaging with CIOs, CTOs, Enterprise Architects, and business stakeholders to define transformation roadmaps, build compelling business cases, and lead multidisciplinary teams through delivery.
This role requires someone who understands that successful application transformation extends beyond technology. They must appreciate the impact on end users, operational processes, support models, and the broader business change journey required to achieve sustainable outcomes.
Due to the nature of the work and the customers we support, the successful candidate must be eligible to meet UK Government and contractual personnel security requirements, including the applicable residency requirements for the role, and have the right to work in the United Kingdom. Translate business challenges into pragmatic transformation strategies and delivery roadmaps.
Conduct technology assessments, discovery workshops, and modernization reviews.
Build trusted advisor relationships with senior client stakeholders.
Develop business cases and transformation plans aligned to client objectives.
Application Transformation Leadership Lead assessments of complex application portfolios and technology estates.
Define and execute application modernization and migration strategies.
Apply industry frameworks such as the 7Rs (Retain, Rehost, Replatform, Refactor, Repurchase, Retire, Relocate).
