These are founding roles. You'll be embedded with business teams across our global organisation understanding their workflows, identifying automation opportunities, building solutions that genuinely change how people work, and making sure those solutions stick!
What You'll Do
You'll sit at the heart of a fast-moving, deliberately exploratory new team, working across revenue, operations, and everything in between:
- Discover, map, and build: You'll embed yourself with business units, get under the skin of their daily workflows, identify where AI adds real value (versus where traditional code or P&T support is the better answer), and then build and deploy the solution hands-on, sleeves rolled up.
- Make it stick: You won't throw solutions over the fence. You'll actively train internal teams so they can own, iterate, and develop agents themselves your goal is to make them less dependent on you over time, not more.
- Monitor and maintain in production: You'll define success KPIs for every agent you deploy and proactively track performance as models (e.g. Claude) update or data structures evolve. Problems get caught by you, not by clients.
