The role:

Youll work in a matrix organisation and report operationally through OMNIA Training and functionally through the Systems Solutions Lead. Ultimately, youll work for the British Army, championing innovation, and helping shape the future of military collective training.
Key Responsibilities:
Working with a multi-disciplined team to define work packages and technical requirements across multiple complex services and capabilities to meet required technical and operational specifications
Defining requirements and producing designs. xgikmsk
Carries out agreed operational procedures of a routine nature, logging, delegating and quality assuring
Act as the technical liaison between engineering teams and supply chain partners, ensuring technical specifications, standards, and integration requirements are clearly communicated and understood.
Maintains relevant records and documentation, leads audits
Individually contribute to the execution and delivery of key work packages
Undertake, leading where required activities associated with Systems Engineering, including product development and qualification
