As our new Tech Engagement & Communications Specialist, you'll play a key role in strengthening the connection between Technology and the wider business. Acting as a bridge between technical teams and operational stakeholders, you'll ensure business needs are clearly understood, translated into actionable insight, and supported through effective engagement and communication. Your work will help surface operational challenges, drive meaningful improvements, and ensure the right conversations, actions and outcomes happen at the right time ultimately enhancing customer experience, improving efficiency, and supporting business growth.
