Talent Acquisition Partner – Flight Operations at Jet2 is responsible for executing the resourcing needs for our Flight Operations departments, particularly Pilots.

You will proactively manage external candidates, build senior stakeholder relationships, and deliver a professional service that results in high‑calibre Pilots and Flight Operations colleagues for the business.

Responsibilities

  • Candidate Sourcing – attract best‑in‑class candidates via Linked In Recruiter, applicant tracking system, and marketing campaigns; promote roles, culture and benefits to ensure a first‑class candidate experience from interview through onboarding.
  • Candidate Management – be readily available for candidates, represent the Jet2 Pilot brand, and communicate efficiently with target candidates.
  • Employer Branding – collaborate with stakeholders and Talent Acquisition Management to identify promotional opportunities, execute Pilot Roadshows, webinars and industry careers events such as Pilot Careers Live.
  • Assessment Centre Reviews & Development – deliver a best‑in‑class assessment process for Pilots at all levels, train Pilot Assessors (Ambassadors) in interview and employer branding techniques, and influence best practice changes.
  • Research, Data and Analytics – provide regular and ad‑hoc reports to senior stakeholders.
  • Compliance – champion ATS compliance for requisition and candidate management.
  • Key Skills & Experience
  • Proven track record in aviation recruitment, ideally with hands‑on Pilot recruiting experience.
  • Strong understanding of Pilot recruiting regulation, including experience within an airline, flight school, or aviation industry (regulators or aircraft manufacturing).
  • Expert sourcing techniques to build warm pipelines for high‑volume recruitment campaigns.
  • Excellent presentation skills for audiences and senior stakeholders.
  • Outstanding communication with hiring managers, candidates and the external market.
  • Strong personal brand and active presence on social media (e. g., Linked In).
  • Creativity, persistence, and enthusiasm for delivering a great candidate and customer experience.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of recruitment best practice, process, and regulation.
  • Organised and compliant with defined processes.
