As our new
Retail Data Analyst
within the
Retail Revenue
department, youll have a major impact on helping us achieve our goal. Working alongside the In-Flight & Retail Revenue Trading Manager youll be making data-led decisions to support the growth of our In-Flight Retail product. In this fast-paced position, you'll work alongside our
In-Flight Retail Product, Operations and Supply teams
to deliver the best experience for our valued customers.
As our
Retail Data Analyst

What youll be doing:
- Youll monitor the demand, trends and drive revenue growth across our In-Flight Retailoffering and will analyse a variety of reports, making strategic recommendations to influence business decisions.
- Communicate regularly via multiple channels to a variety of audiences, including our wider Revenue teams and senior stakeholders within the business.
- Be able to work effectively within a fast-paced, commercial environment where attention to detail is key.
What youll have:
- An interest in travel and the desire to progress within a successful, growing Revenue Team and company.
- Have excellent communication skills.
- Be highly analytical with the initiative and the ability to make informed, fact-based decisions with the confidence to explain the reasoning behind these.
