As our new Product Manager you’ll be managing a number of destinations, taking ownership of translating long‑term strategies into seasonal destination product plans for active and imminent seasons on sale. In addition to managing a small team, you’ll own the relationship with hoteliers to create successful co‑marketing campaigns and lead the hotel quality management process to continue to deliver the company NPS targets.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead seasonal destination product planning, securing alignment with Contracting and Revenue teams, and communicate updates to the wider business.
  • Be knowledgeable of assigned destinations and provide regular insights to the wider business, marketing and distribution channels as required.
  • Identify, create and pitch hotelier marketing plans to deliver marketing contributions target.
  • Support product line and services growth plans identifying opportunities within destinations to bring to market.
  • Lead the hotel quality process for your areas by analysing internal and external MI, engaging all business areas and hotel partners to drive forward improvements.
  • Continuously review commercial performance of destinations and implement strategies for improvement and growth.
  • Provide feedback to Strategic Planning on trends, challenges, and opportunities within destinations.
  • Continually review processes being used and make recommendations for improvements for your area of expertise.
  • Coach, develop and support your team to meet objectives and empower their professional growth.

What You’ll Have

Experience and Education

  • Proven track record in a similar role, with experience in a tour operator, airline, or wider travel business is desirable
  • Previous people management experience, with the ability to lead and develop teams.
  • Educated to degree level or equivalent (desirable).
  • Experience of working in a Microsoft Office environment and associated packages.
  • Proficient in Excel, including use of pivot tables, formulas and formatting to produce management information.
  • Prior project management experience is desirable.

  • Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to analyse data and make informed decisions at pace.
  • Highly effective communicator, able to adapt style to suit different audiences and channels.
  • Ability to evaluate differing perspectives and deliver balanced, well‑reasoned solutions.
  • Strong planning and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise and adapt to changing business needs.
  • Proven ability to manage a high volume of geographically diverse stakeholders, both internal and external.
  • Confident in engaging with senior stakeholders and deputising for senior leadership when required.
  • Proactive and solutions‑focused approach to resolving complex or challenging situations.
  • Resilient and comfortable working in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment.
  • Willingness to travel overseas as required.
