As a
Product Content & Merchandising Executive
youll take care of the online presentation of Jet2holidays' accommodation portfolio ensuring high-impact imagery, accurate content, and seamless digital presentation that supports conversion and drives sales performance. This role ensures a high level of accuracy across all digital distribution channels that maximise visibility, customer engagement, and commercial results.
Please note that this role will be offered as a 20 month Fixed Term Contract to provide cover for a colleague who been seconded to another department.

What will you do in the role?
- Responsible for the online presentation of new and existing properties, including on sale processing, image sourcing, amends, content-related errata and content tracking e.g. photoshoot/renovation
- Maintains key content trackers, ensuring accuracy across digital channels. Responsible for following up on missing or incorrect content as necessary to ensure high-quality customer experience
- Conducts website and merchandising reviews across the portfolio, identifying improvement opportunities and implementing actions where required
- Manage ad-hoc content amend requests from both external and internal sources, ensuring requests align with merchandising standards, customers experience and trading priorities
- Continually review xgikmsk processes being used and make recommendations for improvements for your area of expertise
- Supports ad-hoc property content and merchandising actions as and when required
What youll have:
- Strong digital merchandising and content management skills, including image processing and website updates
- Attention to detail with the ability to maintain accurate trackers and ensure high-quality, consistent content
- Good organisational skills and self-driven
