This is an exciting opportunity to join Jet2.com and Jet2holidays as our new HR Data and Insights Analyst, playing a key role in shaping how we use people data to support business decisions across the UK and overseas.

As we continue to grow, we're looking for someone who is passionate about turning data into meaningful insights, driving continuous improvement, and helping our People teams and leaders make informed, evidence-based decisions.

In this role, you'll lead the development and delivery of HR dashboards, management information, workforce analytics and reporting, providing valuable insight into our people, performance and future workforce needs.

Working closely with stakeholders across HR, Finance, Payroll, IT and the wider business, you'll help us build a data-driven culture while optimising our SuccessFactors platform and reporting capability.

This is a specialist role and strong SAP SuccessFactors expertise is essential. We're looking for an individual who can maximise the value of our people data, reporting and analytics capability through extensive hands-on experience of SuccessFactors, combined with excellent analytical skills and a passion for delivering meaningful business insights.
