Jet2.com and Jet2holidays are looking for an experienced and commercially minded HR Business Partner to join our HR team based at Low Fare Finder House, Leeds Bradford International Airport. As an HR Business Partner, you’ll work closely with key business areas within our engineering function, providing strategic HR support, guidance and coaching that enhances people capability and drives business performance. This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys partnering with leaders to deliver practical and effective people solutions.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across our engineering teams.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on complex and escalated employee relations matters.
  • Lead, coach, and develop HR Officers to ensure high-quality support is delivered to managers.
  • Support and lead HR projects that contribute to business development and the overall HR strategy.
  • Partner with wider HR teams to ensure effective delivery of employee lifecycle and people-related activities.
  • Act as the first point of contact for organisational change initiatives.
  • Design and deliver HR training for managers on policies, procedures, and people management best practice.

What You’ll Bring

  • Proven HR business partnering experience within a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience influencing and partnering with senior stakeholders.
  • Strong commercial awareness and strategic thinking.
  • Ability to balance business risk with practical HR solutions.
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
  • Strong coaching and mentoring capability.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of employment law and HR best practice.
  • Strong project and change management skills.
  • CIPD qualified (or equivalent) would be advantageous.
  • Experience gained within an airline business would be highly beneficial, however is not essential.
