You’ll be a senior commercial leader with end‑to‑end P&L ownership across a defined portfolio of product categories. Reporting to the Product & Retail Director and working in close partnership with the Head of Commercial (Trading), the role plays a critical part in delivering the company’s commercial strategy and driving sustainable business growth.
Head of Commercial (Product) is accountable for designing, embedding and leading a category management operating model, ensuring that customer propositions, trading strategies, destination plans and investment decisions are optimised to maximise revenue, yield, margin and volume performance. Through clear category ownership, strong commercial leadership and disciplined decision‑making, the role sets the vision, develops talent and elevates Jet2holidays’ sub brands and product offering, ensuring propositions remain highly relevant to customers and consistently outperform competitors.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Full P&L ownership across all product lines and sub-brands within assigned categories.
- Define and execute category growth strategies aligned to customer demand and commercial objectives.
- Implement and embed a category management structure with clear ownership and governance.
- Lead the development of commercially compelling propositions and trading strategies.
- Drive revenue, yield and margin optimization across the category lifecycle.
- Identify new destination and product opportunities supported by robust commercial business cases.
- Act as a senior commercial partner to the Product Fulfilment, Revenue, Supply, Marketing and Operations teams.
- Build and lead a high-performing category management team with strong commercial capability.
