Reporting directly to the Digital Analytics Technical Lead, our Digital Analytics Technical Analyst will play a key role in delivering on technical priorities within the Analytics team, becoming an expert in data quality & strategy, tag implementation and everything else in between. The Jet2Digital function incorporates all things digital and our mission is continual optimisation and innovation across all digital touchpoints to deliver sales, volume, ROI and engagement at speed.
What you’ll be doing:
- As a business we live and breathe data, it will be your role as an expert in Digital Analytics to work with our Digital Insight Analysts to bring the stories in this data to life.
- Working across successful brands, spotting opportunities to improve data quality, insight, efficiency and revenue through our digital infrastructure.
- Working closely with senior stakeholders to deliver on Web & App tracking, data development & health and innovation.
- Developing capabilities of the team and supporting the General Manager with strategic initiatives to drive the Analytics team and business forward.
- Building strong working relationships across several teams within the business.
- Working with the CRO & UX teams to deliver on optimisation objectives.
- Working with our App developers to spec requirements for tracking and building dashboards to report on the results.
What you’ll have:
- A natural influencer, strong written and verbal communication is a must.
- Experience using Adobe Analytics.
- Experience with 3rd party tracking & cookie consent.
- Experience in a Digital Analytics role (client/agency side).
- Experience using Google Analytics 360/GA4 and Google Tag Manager is desirable.
- A working knowledge of SQL would be beneficial for this role.
- Experience with data visualisation skills would also be welcomed.
