As the Commercial Trading Manager, you will play a key role in driving commercial performance through insight-led trading, category performance management, and cross-functional collaboration.
You will support the development of trading frameworks, reporting, and performance reviews to identify opportunities, mitigate risks, and optimise revenue and margin performance across the business.

- Supporting commercial category trading through detailed performance analysis and opportunity identification to drive growth across key categories.
- Leading and developing category trading reporting and governance, ensuring clear performance visibility and robust decision-making across the business.
- Identifying commercial risks and opportunities through customer, market, and performance insight, providing recommendations to optimise trading performance.
- Supporting the delivery of business strategic trading initiatives, working cross-functionally to ensure successful implementation, performance tracking, and achievement of commercial objectives.
- Developing portfolio categorisation and driving adoption across the business to support prioritisation, alongside delivering product and contracting reporting to enhance commercial visibility and decision-making.
