hackajob is collaborating with Flutter UK&I to connect them with exceptional tech professionals for this role. We’re looking for an Automation Engineer to join the Flutter UK & Ireland Trading team. The Trading team powers performance, thinks differently, and drives the best customer experiences to keep our Paddy Power, Betfair and Sky Betting & Gaming brands at number 1! We’re looking for someone who is passionate about sports and automation to join and contribute to our high-performing team. You’ll receive all the support you need to enhance and develop your skills in pricing, automation best practices, project management, people leadership, and beyond!
What You’ll Do
- Work with Business Analysts, QA, Maintenance, and other cross-functional resources to define and deliver business impacting strategic projects.
- Design, develop, test and launch automation solutions.
- Mentor and guide peers via code reviews, dev sessions and paired programming.
- Provide guidance with process design.
- Estimate the effort required for the project implementation.
- Map end-to-end business processes for automation.
- Update and maintain Developer Standards around automation best practices.
- Seek to improve, optimise and evolve current working practices to drive efficiency and quality.
How You’ll Do It
- Automation experience: well-experienced using UI Path.
- Adaptability: be able to adapt quickly in fast-paced environments.
- Effective communication and collaboration: partner with others across the organisation to get work done.
