As part of our team, you will help us create an entirely new network for the world's money.
We are looking for a Lead Product Analyst to support the biggest driver of new users at Wise, the Recommend channel (refer-a-friend). Passion for our Money Without Borders mission is essential. You will work with a product team to build scalable recommendation programs and partner with marketing teams to drive strategy and growth by providing data‑driven insights and recommendations.
Your Mission
Help Wise build the best way to move and manage the world’s money with minimal fees, maximal ease, and full speed.
How you’ll be contributing
- Own the Recommend data and analytical domains and proactively make recommendations based on insights; experience in recommendations or referrals is advantageous.
- Contribute to, own, create and track OKRs for your team, keeping them accountable throughout the quarter.
- Own measurement and attribution in Invite: collaborate with your team on how to track and quantify the growth your channel drives and how it is measured and controlled for incremental effects; report on actual performance to marketing stakeholders.
- Optimize performance per country/program by running A/B tests and in‑depth analysis into segments (RFM), lifetime values (LTVs), return on investment, etc.
- Improve how your channel forecasts performance and input recommendations to the investment framework.
- Own optimization data products in Recommend: work closely with your team to identify what data and modelling needs to be collected and automated to build data products that enable maximal sustainable growth; manage data pipelines.
Qualifications
- Background in product analytics with experience on invite or referral programs.
- Advanced SQL skills; Python or R skills are advantageous; familiar with data pipelines (dbt).
- Experience setting up and running A/B tests with strong understanding of experimental design.
- Ability to tell a story and proactively give guidance on strategy based on insights.
- Familiarity with common marketing concepts such as Payback, CAC, LTV, Contribution Margin.
- Experience with data visualization tools (Looker, PowerBI, Tableau) and storytelling ability with data.
Additional Information
Salary: £75,000 - £115,000. Company Restricted Stock Units. Numerous great benefits in our London office.
