More about our mission and what we offer.
We are looking for a technically strong Lead Growth Analyst to join our Marketing Analytics team.
This is a high-impact role for someone who can take ownership of new marketing initiatives from exploration through to execution, partnering closely with senior stakeholders across Regional Marketing and Regional Product teams.
You will proactively run deep-dive analysis, connect insights to business priorities, and turn findings into clear recommendations and scalable analytical solutions.
This role is ideal for someone with strong SQL and Python skills, experience in growth or marketing analytics, and an interest in using AI and automation to improve analytical workflows.
Your Mission
Your mission is to turn complex marketing, customer, regional, and product data into actionable growth insights.
You will help teams understand performance drivers, identify high-value opportunities, and make better growth decisions across channels, regions, products, and customer segments.
You will own analytical workstreams end to end, from defining the business question and exploring the data through to communicating recommendations and supporting execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end analytics for new marketing and growth initiatives, from exploration to execution and measurement.
- Proactively identify and run deep-dive analysis using available data, tooling, and business context.
- Analyse regional growth performance across markets, channels, products, and customer segments, identifying drivers, risks, opportunities, and trade-offs.
- Build and improve regional growth narratives, dashboards, and analytical frameworks that support marketing and product decision-making.
- Support payback or investment analysis where relevant, while keeping the primary focus on regional growth, marketing performance, and product opportunities.
- Use SQL, Python, AI, and automation to improve the speed, quality, and repeatability of analysis.
- Build scalable analytical assets, such as dashboards, Streamlit apps, automated reporting, or AI-supported workflows.
- Balance analytical rigour with pace, ensuring outputs are practical, accurate, and decision-oriented.
- Leadership & Partnering
- Act as a trusted analytical partner to senior stakeholders (Regional Marketing Directors, Product Leads) across Regional Marketing and Regional Product teams.
- Translate ambiguous business questions into clear analytical approaches and actionable recommendations.
- Communicate complex analysis clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Influence business decisions by connecting insights to regional growth strategy, marketing execution, and product opportunities.
- Take ownership of stakeholder relationships and ensure analytical work is followed through to impact.
- Contribute to the broader Marketing Analytics strategy by improving tooling, automation, data quality, and ways of working.
- Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in growth analytics, marketing analytics, regional/product analytics, data science, or a related analytical role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and Python.
- Experience working with senior stakeholders and translating business questions into analytical solutions.
- Proven ability to run end-to-end analysis, from problem definition through to insight generation and execution support.
- Strong understanding of marketing, growth, customer acquisition, retention, funnel performance, regional growth dynamics, or product-led growth opportunities.
- Ability to connect analytical findings to business initiatives and measurable impact.
- Experience with modern data and analytics tools, such as data warehouses, dbt, BI tools, semantic layers, or dashboarding platforms.
- Strong communication skills and comfort working in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
- Preferred Qualifications
- Proven ability to communicate recommendations to multiple senior stakeholders.
- Experience evaluating regional marketing and product growth opportunities, including funnel performance, customer value, incrementality, or market-level performance.
- Track record of helping stakeholders turn insights into business actions and measurable outcomes.
