As our Lead Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Analyst, you will join a high‑performing team focused on driving excellence through short‑term planning and performance analysis. You will lead impactful projects that deliver value to the business while caring for our global partnerships. We are looking for an ambitious professional who aims high and communicates with clarity to help our leadership make informed, strategic decisions.
Location: London (Hybrid: 3 days office / 2 days home)
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare high‑impact presentations for the C‑Suite covering monthly performance, budgets, and in‑year forecasts to drive excellence.
- Translate complex data into clear, concise stories with actionable recommendations to support strategic decision‑making.
- Deliver ad hoc analysis identifying trends, risks, and opportunities to provide valuable insight for the wider business.
- Build and maintain strong relationships across global finance teams and other functions to ensure seamless collaboration.
- Proactively improve financial systems, processes, and deliverables to optimize efficiency and maintain a high standard of work.
- Utilize advanced data modelling and Artificial Intelligence (AI) to create value‑adding insights and drive operational efficiencies.
Qualifications:
- Fully qualified with a professional body such as ACA, CIMA, ACCA, or a recognised equivalent.
- Exceptional attention to detail with a track record of producing accurate reports for senior leadership.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to create professional presentations; Google Suite experience is a plus.
- A hands‑on, problem‑solving mentality with the confidence to critically question and improve existing processes.
- Highly organised and proactive, with the ability to balance competing priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build effective relationships within a collaborative team setting.
- Experience with tools such as Anaplan, OneStream, or Google Gemini is advantageous.
