The role leads end‑to‑end sourcing and commercial delivery across key technology sub‑categories, focusing on Enterprise Software, Business Platforms, and Applications. Responsibilities
- Lead complex sourcing programmes from strategy to contract execution, ensuring strong commercial outcomes and compliance.
- Serve as a subject‑matter expert in technology sourcing, providing insights into market trends, supplier positioning, and commercial structures.
- Develop and support category strategies, driving continuous improvement in supplier performance and value delivery.
- Profile spend in category areas, analyse business strategy and costs, collaborate with stakeholders to identify sourcing needs and align sourcing activities to business priorities.
- Plan, execute and optimise sourcing events (RFP/RFX), negotiations, compliance, regulatory engagement, and audit requirements.
- Develop, implement and enforce sourcing policies, procedures and governance frameworks.
- Identify and implement change initiatives to improve effectiveness, control and efficiency of sourcing processes, including buy‑channel optimisation.
- Maintain industry knowledge through conferences, training and market research.

- Experience in regulated or financial services environments; global/multinational experience.
- Aware of third‑party risk management and procurement governance frameworks.
