This role is responsible for overseeing and driving performance across Client Service, acting on behalf of the Client Service Directors and Senior Leadership Team to ensure delivery against strategic objectives. It focuses on generating actionable insight through the development of management information (MI), translating complex data into clear recommendations to inform decision‑making, and embedding robust KPI frameworks, governance and risk awareness to maintain strong control and sustainable outcomes.
