Reporting Manager – Chief Information Security Officer within Barclays Business Unit CISO function, primarily supporting our Corporate Bank, Private bank & wealth management function and group controls functions. This high-impact role delivers clear, concise, executive-ready cyber reporting across the organisation, shaping how cyber risk and progress are communicated to senior leadership and key governance forums.

  • Executive‑level cyber reporting and narrative ownership – shape clear, well‑written, decision‑ready updates for senior audiences, synthesising complex inputs into a compelling narrative with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Cross‑business reporting coordination and organisation – manage reporting across multiple business units or technology estates, coordinate SME inputs, track dependencies, and ensure completeness and consistency.
  • High‑quality written output under pressure – manage competing priorities and tight deadlines, producing concise, accurate, and professional outputs suitable for executive and committee‑level consumption.

Desirable Skills

Purpose of the role

To support the bank’s decision‑making processes by providing timely, accurate, and insightful information through designing, developing, and maintaining management reports and dashboards that effectively communicate key performance indicators (KPIs) and trends across various business units.

Accountabilities

  • Design and develop comprehensive reports and dashboards using various data visualization tools and techniques.
  • Design, develop and implement automated report generation processes for improved efficiency and timeliness.
  • Identify and analyse business requirements to define report content and format.
  • Maintain and update existing reports and dashboards to reflect changing business needs, including coordination of reporting template releases and related administrative tasks.
  • Develop robust processes and controls for collating input data and seeking sign‑offs as required.
  • Engage with stakeholders as needed to ensure up‑to‑date data is incorporated into reporting.
