Reporting Manager – Chief Information Security Officer within Barclays Business Unit CISO function, primarily supporting our Corporate Bank, Private bank & wealth management function and group controls functions. Desirable Skills

• Cyber risk and control knowledge – understanding of cyber risk and control concepts, ability to sense‑check inputs, strengthen risk articulation, and challenge gaps or inconsistencies.
• Data literacy and reporting improvement capability – comfortable working with MI and metrics, focused on enhancing reporting quality, structure, and efficiency.

Purpose of the role

To support the bank’s decision‑making processes by providing timely, accurate, and insightful information through designing, developing, and maintaining management reports and dashboards that effectively communicate key performance indicators (KPIs) and trends across various business units.

Accountabilities

• Design and develop comprehensive reports and dashboards using various data visualization tools and techniques.
• Design, develop and implement automated report generation processes for improved efficiency and timeliness.
• Identify and analyse business requirements to define report content and format.
• Maintain and update existing reports and dashboards to reflect changing business needs, including coordination of reporting template releases and related administrative tasks.
• Develop robust processes and controls for collating input data and seeking sign‑offs as required.
• Engage with stakeholders as needed to ensure up‑to‑date data is incorporated into reporting.
