Jet2.com and Jet2holidays are looking for a Junior HR Business Partner to support leaders across the business with day‑to‑day people matters and act as a trusted partner and first point of contact for colleagues and managers.

What you’ll be doing:
- Working with managers and colleagues to deliver proactive, commercially focused HR advice aligned to business objectives, workforce plans and organisational priorities.
- Supporting people decision‑making through the use of data and insight, identifying trends, risks and opportunities across employee relations, engagement, absence and attrition.
- Coaching and challenging managers to build confidence and capability in people management, promoting consistency, fairness and high‑performance outcomes.
- Managing employee relations cases at the appropriate level, escalating complex or high‑risk matters where required, ensuring advice remains legally compliant.
- Contributing to talent, succession and workforce planning by identifying capability gaps, risks and development opportunities.
- Supporting cyclical HR activities, engagement initiatives, communication forums and HR projects, continuously looking to improve service delivery and colleague experience.
What you’ll have:
- Proven HR generalist experience in a fast‑paced environment, with exposure to a broad range of people matters and employee relations cases.
- Strong commercial awareness, with the ability to align HR support to business needs and workforce priorities.
- Confidence in building credible relationships and constructively challenging managers to drive fair, consistent and effective outcomes.
- Experience using data and insight to inform decisions and translate people metrics into practical actions.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Up‑to‑date employment law knowledge.
- Experience in an airline, operational or high‑energy environment would be beneficial, along with CIPD Level 5 or 7 qualification.
This role supports teams at our UK bases and you could be based at any of our South bases (London Gatwick, London Stansted, Luton, Bristol or Bournemouth).
