Alongside project activity, Engineers will support the technical and communication interface between Leads, Architects, and project stakeholders across the business, keeping abreast of high‑level changes, risks, and progress. Engineers are required to provide a technical presence on MSO bridge calls, participate in a 24/7 call‑out rota and provide BAU and out‑of‑hours support across project/solution deployment and change activity. Support, implement and test disaster recovery and business continuity plans, reviewing and updating regularly to ensure they stay effective. As part of daily checks and in coordination with the TOC, review data from network monitoring and alerting platforms to identify, escalated, and help resolve indicators of network performance and capacity issues.

What You’ll Need Has completed a technology graduate scheme/program.
