Kingfisher is seeking a Corporate Centre FP&A Manager to lead planning, forecasting and performance management for the PLC central cost base. You will partner with the CFO, Chief People Officer and Chief Legal Officer to shape the Long-Term Plan, budgets and major projects, delivering clear variance analysis and insightful financial planning across group functions.
You will drive group efficiency programmes, assess headcount and people costs, and provide strategic input on ESG-related costs.
