Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and commercially astute Human Resources Director with a minimum of 10 years’ HR leadership experience, ideally gained within high-growth start-up and scale-up environments. This individual will be a true full‑stack HR leader, comfortable operating both strategically and operationally in complex, fast‑paced organisations. The successful candidate will have experience building and scaling People functions from the ground up, navigating ambiguity, and supporting international growth across multiple jurisdictions.
- Location international exposure strongly preferred.
