Description As Head of Finance, Commercial at our client, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the financial strategy that underpins our customer experience and commercial success.
Sitting within our client's senior financial leadership team, you will partner closely with operational, commercial, and customer insight teams to ensure that financial decisions drive value and align with our long-term vision of delivering outstanding passenger experiences. Your leadership will influence key investment decisions, pricing strategies, and performance outcomes that directly impact millions of travellers each year.
This role is central to ensuring that our client's financial planning supports both commercial growth and service excellence. You will provide strategic financial insight to guide business cases, evaluate new initiatives, and ensure that resources are allocated effectively to deliver measurable results. Working collaboratively across functions, you will help shape the financial narrative that supports our client's transformation and sustainability goals.

Driving continuous improvement in financial processes, reporting, and decision support tools.
Developing and mentoring a high-performing finance team that delivers analytical excellence and business partnership.
Representing Finance in cross-functional forums to ensure alignment between financial objectives and operational delivery.
Qualifications Extensive experience in senior finance leadership roles within complex, customer-focused organisations.
