You’ll be responsible for leading a team of Implementation Managers who manage the deal execution and implementation of complex Structured Trade transactions. You’ll continue to transform the evolution of Structured Trade implementation to enhance client experience, build collaboration between Sales and Structuring teams, develop career development pathways for team members and ultimately support the growth of our Global Trade Solutions business.

In This Role You’ll:
- Play an active role in the growth of Structured Trade and act as a role model for the wider team on strategic delivery.
- Lead a team of implementation managers who are responsible for the effective execution and implementation of Structured Trade transactions.
- Focus on streamlining efficient deal implementation, working closely with sales and services to ensure an optimal end to end model.
- Lead, develop and motivate the team of implementation managers to attract, retain and develop the capacity, capability and talent.
- Communicate a clear vision for the Structured Trade implementation team that is aligned with our vision, values and goals.
- Work closely with the Head of Structured Trade and Head of Structuring to execute and implement the Structured Trade deal pipeline.
- Set expectations, share best practice, manage, monitor, coach and develop peers.
To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements:
- Extensive knowledge of Structured Trade, structuring and executing deals.
- Strong risk assessment skills, particularly regarding more complex and structured facilities with an international dimension.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with a particular emphasis upon influencing in dealing with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to interact with business customers at a senior and strategic level.
- Excellent time management, planning and organisation skills.
- Excellent range of communication skills, including written and verbal, and the ability to deliver compelling presentations.
