To Be Successful In This Role You Should Have:

Purpose of the role:
To support the workforce planning and insights across Group Tech and EVP program, leading the development and execution of workforce planning strategies to support business growth, transformation, and operational excellence.
Accountabilities:
- Collaborate with senior leaders to understand business priorities, translating them into workforce requirements and actionable plans.
- Analyze workforce data, trends, and metrics to provide insights and recommendations for talent management, succession planning, and organizational design.
- Develop and maintain advanced reporting tools and dashboards to enable data-driven decision making across the business.
- Partner with HR and business stakeholders to optimize workforce structures, improve productivity, and manage change initiatives.
- Identify risks and opportunities related to workforce supply and demand, proactively addressing gaps and challenges.
- Champion Barclays’ values and behaviours, fostering a culture of inclusion, continuous improvement, and accountability.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and ethical standards in all workforce planning activities.
- Mentor and develop junior team members, contributing to a high-performing and engaged HR function.
