Metro Bank is seeking a strategic Head of Enterprise Risk to lead the Bank’s risk management framework across enterprise and non-financial risks. You will oversee risk governance, reporting, and assurance, and provide independent challenge to support informed decision-making under the Three Lines model. You will build and develop the Enterprise Risk team, partner with senior stakeholders, and guide regulatory compliance and climate risk frameworks while driving a strong risk culture across the organisation.
