    • Drive constant improvements in how Moneybox delivers regulatory compliance, through the how the Compliance team work, how we interact with other teams, and support those teams in their consideration, measurement and monitoring of compliance and customer outcomes.
    • Manage senior Compliance experts, including those that manage more junior members of the team.
    • Provide advice, challenge and input to key decisions which require regulatory input.
    • Manage relationships across almost all teams in the business.
    • Lead on Compliance reporting to the Risk & Compliance Director and relevant committees, including the Product Governance Committee, Executive Committee and Board Risk Committee.
    • Keep up to date with regulatory developments and initiatives impacting your responsibilities.

Who You Are

  • A driven, motivated person who’s looking for a senior role at an exciting, fast-growing company that’s trying to make a positive mark on the world.
  • An expert in stakeholder management, able to present, discuss and persuade at the highest levels of the organisation.
  • An authority on FCA regulation, specifically the areas that affect Moneybox products, regulatory perimeter, threshold conditions and governance.
  • Apt at balancing, prioritising and overseeing the responsibilities of the Compliance team to support the business, including advisory, monitoring and regulatory change activities focused on people: able to effectively manage and develop a team; able to empathise with our customers and how actions or incidents will affect them.
  • Your communication style should be calm and clear, with the ability to cut through complexity to explain and focus on the key elements of problems.
