- Manage financial calendars and schedules in SAP - Provide training to users around issues with business processes
- Work with key users to identify, scope and implement system changes to improve processes and respond to business change
- Provide a single point of knowledge across the different business functions (Finance, Manufacturing, SCM etc) on how data moves between them and to manage impact of work in one area impacting others.
- Act as the Business Process Expert/Super User for all SAP and SAP BW activities that take place in both the Business and IT.
