About Conveo

Conveo is the AI research platform enabling fast, affordable, and high quality consumer / B2B research. Global brands like Unilever, Google, and Orange use our AI video interviewer to generate insights across marketing, product, and research teams.

The Context

Conveo is scaling fast and has very ambitious revenue targets. Every function (Engineering, Product, Sales, CS, Marketing) is getting sharper in isolation. To keep scaling, we are building at lightning speed and the places we lose momentum now sit at the seams: the handoff from Sales to CS, the expansion motion in our top accounts, the onboarding ramp, the feedback loop from customers back into Product.

GTM Operations

GTM Operations is the team that walks into those seams, diagnoses where they leak, designs the new way of working, proves it cross‑functionally, and hands it off as a playbook the functional team can run without us.

Net Revenue Retention & Expansion ARR

These are our scoreboard. You won't own the number. You will use it as the guiding light for every leak you chase and every playbook you ship.

Your Mission

  • Run the diagnostic with rigor
  • Own a workstream inside strategic cross‑functional projects and own smaller projects in full
  • Turn the motion into a playbook

Key responsibilities for each area are described below:

Diagnostic

  • Pull the data. Build the cohort, the funnel, the churn view, the cycle‑time chart, whatever shows where the motion is leaking.
  • Shadow the calls, sit in rituals, read tickets, join the project to understand how the motion actually runs.
  • Interview CSMs, AEs, onboarding leads, support team; synthesize patterns, not anecdotes.
  • Size the leak in revenue or time terms to help exec rank fixes.
  • Own a workstream inside projects and manage smaller projects end‑to‑end.

Workstream Management

  • Plan, schedule cadence, create artefacts, make decisions, handle escalations.
  • Keep stakeholders aligned; send weekly updates proactively.
  • Ship a v1 quickly and iterate until KPIs move.
  • Surface blockers early with fix drafts.
  • Turn insights into a playbook.

Playbook Creation

  • Document workflow, triggers, decisions, escalation paths, scripts for clarity.
  • Build templates, dashboards, trackers for the team post‑handover.
  • Automate repetitive parts using AI or workflow tools.
  • Train functional team to own the process; stay on call 4‑6 weeks post‑handover, continue ownership if needed.

Must‑haves

  • 1 to 3 years at a top strategy consulting firm (MBB, Big 4 Strategy, LEK, etc.) with evidence of owning a workstream end‑to‑end, or 2+ years in a high‑velocity operator seat (BizOps / RevOps analyst, Chief of Staff org, early‑stage startup generalist) building sustainable solutions.
  • Sharp analytical chops—pull data, build models, pressure‑test assumptions autonomously.
  • Crisp written communication—docs, memos, and updates that accelerate decisions.
  • Proven ability to own end‑to‑end projects without hand‑holding.
  • Evidence of cross‑functional collaboration and alignment without formal authority.
  • AI‑native mindset—default to building with AI, not requesting headcount.
  • Willing to be based in Antwerp HQ or the UK, with regular travel to HQ.

Mindset

  • High agency, low ego—focus on execution, not credit.
  • Learner—hungry, coachable, compounding quickly; aim to improve significantly in 12 months.
  • Ship momentum—release a rough v1 this week rather than a perfect v3 next quarter.
  • Quality bar—deliver polished, documented, and trained hand‑offs.
  • Curious and rigorous—love deep dives; don't stop at first answer.

Nice to have

  • Pre‑MBA or fresh post‑MBA from a top school.
  • Exposure to B2B SaaS, AI, or enterprise software as an analyst or operator.
  • Fluency with data and automation tooling: SQL, Hex, Looker, Zapier / n8n, AI workflow builders.
  • Experience with consumer insights, market research, or the CMO buyer.

Why Join Conveo

  • Own a high‑impact role at a hyper‑growth, YC‑backed AI company in full scaling mode.
  • Work across every function in the business—rare exposure at this seniority.
  • Work with world‑class enterprise clients such as Unilever, Google, P&G, Orange, and more.
  • Direct access to the Chief of Staff, the Strategy & Ops Lead, and the founders on the motions that matter most.
  • Hybrid working model with offices in Antwerp, London, and New York—base at HQ or UK with frequent time in Antwerp.
  • Competitive compensation with meaningful equity upside.
  • A culture built on speed, ownership, ambition, and taste.
