- We're looking for a Delivery Operations Lead to step into our Shared Services department and transform how we build and scale.
- You won't just be managing workflows; you'll be acting as a systems-thinking champion to eliminate friction, optimise throughput, and turn our engineering delivery into a streamlined, high-efficiency machine.
- Reporting to the Delivery Manager, you'll partner directly with Product and Engineering leaders to introduce global best practices, tackle systemic risks, and cut waste.
- With a background in software or data engineering, you understand the actual work behind the metrics.
- You will stabilise lead times, accelerate our time-to-market, and cut operational costs ensuring our engineering teams can focus on doing their best, most impactful work.
As one of our Delivery Operations Leads, you'll:
- Apply Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen practices to overhaul end-to-end workflows and eliminate system-wide bottlenecks.
