As a Solutions Analyst III in Corporate Technology at JPMorgan Chase, you will aid in bridging the gap between product owners, business, operations, and software developers by leveraging your technical fluency and strong analytical reasoning skills. Job Responsibilities

  • Elicit and document comprehensive business and data flow requirements by engaging with product owners, business stakeholders, and technical teams to ensure alignment and feasibility.
  • Translate complex business requirements into well-structured technical solutions, leveraging data analytics and technical knowledge to optimize system performance and scalability.
  • Conduct in-depth data analysis and interpretation to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities, providing actionable insights that support decision-making and key business initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain architecture designs, policies, standards, and governance processes that align technology with business strategy.
  • Continuously enhance technical knowledge and stay current with industry trends, ensuring the application of best practices and innovative solutions to address evolving business needs.
  • Support the team’s adoption of agility practices by facilitating key ceremonies and planning activities as needed.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities And Skills

  • Applied experience and expertise in solutions analysis, technical program delivery, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in data analytics, including experience with data extraction, modelling, and interpretation to support strategic decision-making.
  • Hands-on experience with relational or NoSQL databases (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL, MongoDB), including the ability to write and troubleshoot queries to investigate and analyze data.
  • Ability to understand, interpret, and work with APIs, including reviewing API documentation, investigating data flows, and supporting system integrations.
  • Strong technical writing skills, with a proven track record of translating complex information into clear and concise documentation, and creating clear and understandable project plans for diverse stakeholder audiences.
  • Advanced knowledge of data fluency, including experience in handling large, diverse data sets and generating insights to drive business objectives.
  • Interest in Large Language Models and machine learning, with a willingness to learn and contribute to products leveraging these technologies.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and convey information effectively to audiences ranging from engineers to senior management.
  • Ability to break down complex problems into simple, easy-to-explain flows and concepts for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
