Key Responsibilities
- Lead service delivery against contractual commitments, SLAs, and governance requirements.
- Build strong client relationships and support account growth opportunities.
- Manage major incidents, operational risks, supplier performance, and service improvements.
- Oversee financial performance, profitability, forecasting, and resource planning.
- Lead and develop Service Delivery Managers and international delivery teams.
Must-Have Skills & Experience
- Significant experience leading large-scale IT Service Delivery or Managed Services environments.
- Strong client relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience managing service delivery against SLAs, KPIs, and ITIL processes.
- Commercial and financial management experience, including budgets, forecasting, and profitability.
- Proven leadership experience managing large, multi-skilled, and geographically dispersed teams.
Desirable Skills & Experience
- ITIL certification or strong ITIL service management knowledge.
- Experience working within complex financial services or public sector environments.
- Bid, transition, and service transformation experience.
- Supplier and vendor management experience.
- Experience driving continuous improvement, automation, and innovation initiatives.
Please note that this is a Glasgow-based role, and there is a strong expectation that you will attend both the customer site and the Atos office in Glasgow two to three times per week.
