Project Manager - CDD Modernisation in Glasgow

Join Barclays as a Project Manager within the Customer Due Diligence Modernisation team, where you'll play a key role in driving change and delivering complex change and transformation initiatives.

You will lead the execution of large-scale projects, and support additional initiatives, gaining exposure to a broader portfolio.

• Transformational Change Delivery Expertise Proven ability to deliver complex, large‑scale change initiatives on time and within budget, particularly within technology‑enabled environments
• Familiarity with Agile Methodologies Practical experience working within Agile project delivery structures
• Strong Stakeholder & Communication Skills Ability to influence senior stakeholders, clearly articulate status, and manage cross‑functional relationships effectively
• Other Highly Valued Skills Include
• Customer Due Diligence / Financial Crime Domain Knowledge Understanding of CDD, onboarding, or financial crime prevention processes
• Experience with AI, Automation, or Data‑Driven Solutions Exposure to modern technical delivery approaches such as AI, Dev Ops, and automation
• Project & Risk Management Capability Demonstrated experience managing scope, risks, issues, and resources for high‑value projects, ensuring governance and control standards are met

• Resource Management: Manage resources for their individual project, ensuring that the project team has the necessary skills, tools, and time to complete the work.
